It was issues here in the UK in October.
Note the details regarding the appeal commitee. The form is to be registered under the APPEAL COMMITEES CONGREGATION. That means that under the Data Protection Act the document is "lost" and therefore not subject to the DPA Search unless you know SPECIFICALLY what documetn you are asking for.

just learned that a group of jws hacked my email over a considerable period of time, hoping to intercept "incriminating" information in an attempt to disfellowship me!.
they printed up the emails and passed them out to other elders to "examine".
they were certainly very, very disappointed to not find anything they could "use".. the only outgoing emails from me they obtained were those attached to incoming mail as a result of some friends hitting "respond" when they wrote back to me.. the person who got into my email account is a ministerial servant who had previously worked on my business web site and therefore had my password.. he would download my email onto his computer, miles away, and then put everything back as "unread" so nothing would be "missing", when i accessed email from my computer.
Give me something new regarding information.
The Society have been hacking email for ages, they use the FBI system called CARNIVORE - its common knowledge. Before CARNIVORE they used VPOP, however VPOP doesn't record emails through Service providor services such as Hotmail, Yahoo! etc - so the answer was to engage ex CIA brothers who are security experts to help them "root out the apostates" , and this they have done. These guys have been in London for the last 4 months upgrading the site - why? because of the number of very serious leaks.
Also all voice traffic out of Bethel is monitored (pay Phones or switchboards) as well as fax lines. For voice they use either the NICE or COMVERSE voice recorder attached to their switchboard (the switchboards are usually Meridian 1 or Meridian Option 11 made by Nortel) - how do I know, I designed it!
Regarding trying to get proof - give me a break since when did they need proof to disfellowship!

forgive me if this has been covered before but i only drop in occasionally.. i seem to remember some months ago that a poster talked about the planned relocation of the british branch to milton keenes.
i think he said that the move had been scrapped because of the lack of growth in britain?
i also believe that this decision had been made before the sept 11th attacks.

The Society is now buying a "Brown Feld Site" (the old gas works next to Bittacy Hill) for a reduced rate and a HUGE Government Grant as the land needs to be cleaned before build. They are selling some of the prime land at Bethel they own for housing (planning permission has already been obtained).
They are using part of the site of the french Bethel for storage of magazines (thereby circumventing the new tax laws) and are selling the rest of the site off.
More news as soon as I get it

i have always wondered just where the speakers from bethel, and just where do the gb members stay when they are at district assassinations, er well you know and cas.
do they stay in modest motels hotels or do their setttings have to be in 5 star hotels?????.
(like in only the very best will do)just a questions i've always had.
London Bethel has 7 Rooms available for GB and members from NY who are over here (3 are currently being used by security specialists who are analysing call records and internet records).
They are modest and well planned.
If anyone is travelling to an assembly hall or an assembly they stop in 3 start hotels (usually a THF Post house or similar). If the gathering is at Bows road they commute from Bethel, Machester is at the Manchester Post House 3 buildings down from the Assembly Hall. If the meeting is at the Bristol Assembly Hall then they stop at the Bristol Swallow Hotel.
Sorry to disappoint - they don't stop at the Ritz.

yesterday i was in london city centre.. there were 14 salvation army people helping the homeless and street drifters get a meal and check on their health.
the sa were concerned for these people, blue with cold (it was -5 yesterday), yet doing there best to help those who were defenseless and at risk.
at the same time were 3 jw's at the other end of shaftsbury ave selling mags.. which was the true christians, those who helped ones who could not return the gift - or the preachers?.
